BALLET REPERTORY INSTRUCTORS:

Soon To Be Announced!

"There has recently been a great deal of attention to the fact that the world of ballet is a very closed one to most of the diverse population of our nation. Many of us believe a change of thinking and action is clearly needed in order to create a more diversified, representative and open pool of talented and passionate practitioners. This is not only an ethical imperative but also a way of revitalizing the art form and making it more representative of our culture and our time. Imagine how meaningful it would be for dancers from communities of color just to be seen. Imagine what it would be like to discover all the unrecognized talent in their midst. Imagine what a company or school that truly represents the beautiful and powerful diversity of our entire culture would look like. Help us make that happen."
